20 June - Cable & Wireless on Friday presented the Grenada Athletic Association (GAA) with sponsorship money for the staging of the 2003 National Track and Field Championships.

20 June - Top foreign-based athletes began arriving here this week for the Cable & Wireless National Track and Field Championships on Saturday at the National Stadium. Most of the Grenadian athletes who are attending Universities and Colleges in North America and Cuba have registered for the meet.
